Registration fee includes coffee breaks ,lunch, Diner, conference pack, and the access for all conferences and sessions.
- Online participants pay 50% of the registration fee.
- Registration fee could be payed per day (50% per day).
- Student should prove their situation by certification delivered from their department or a letter from adviser.
- The taxes in Algeria VAT=19% to be add for each registration fee.

Accommodation:
- There are limited sponsored rooms for participants the rest should pay their accommodation fee, please request help as soon as possible to ichsmt16@gmail.com.
- Discounts from hotels are possible (according to the number of participants).
- Possibility of sharing double or triple rooms with participants.
